Season Member Ticket Exchange Policy & Form
Our ticket exchange process is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair and efficient management of seating availability. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting your exchange request.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges that cannot be completed through your Account Manager can be requested by submitting this Ticket Exchange Request Form.
- Specific seat location requests cannot be guaranteed. All exchanges are subject to ticket availability at the time of processing.
- Exchange requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired match date and may not be processed until 72 hours prior to the match.
- You will receive an email notification once your exchange request has been processed or denied.
Season Ticket Member Exchange Limits
- Full Season Members: Maximum of 4 exchanges per season.
- Half Season Members: Maximum of 2 exchanges per season.
- Requests exceeding these limits will not be processed.

- For faster processing, we recommend you complete your ticket exchange directly via the Washington Spirit Account Manager, using our step-by-step process as a guide.
