I hereby declare that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand and agree that the organizers, partners, and venue staff shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. I have been advised to obtain personal insurance coverage to protect against any potential injuries or medical issues that may arise as a result of my participation.*

I confirm that I understand and accept the following terms regarding travel and visa requirements: I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ensure that I have the appropriate travel documents, including a valid passport and visa (if required), to enter and stay in Portugal for the duration of the event. I understand that the event organizers are not responsible for obtaining, assisting with, or guaranteeing the issuance of any travel visa. Any costs, delays, or issues related to visa applications are my full responsibility. Failure to obtain a visa or any necessary documentation will not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation.*
