Thank you for your interest in hosting a fundraiser or event benefiting Pinky Swear Foundation! Please take a few minutes to read the following information and complete the form below.

Due to the number of requests we receive, Pinky Swear Foundation is not able to:
• Send a Pinky Swear representative to participate in all events
• Send emails to our audience promoting your event
• Promote your event on social media channels or our website

While we may be able to provide guidance on your fundraiser, we are a small team and do not have the personnel to handle the organizational and administrative tasks associated with third-party events. As the fundraising event host, you're responsible for all event details including: underwriting all related costs; recruiting volunteers for help; creating flyers or invitations to promote your fundraiser; and working at the event (when applicable).
