To ensure a smooth return or repair process, please complete this form after consulting with our service team to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending your product. 

A minimum diagnostic fee applies to repairs, and we’ll go over the details with you when your RMA number is assigned. Be sure to include the RMA form with your return to avoid any delays. We're here to help!

NOTES:

  • Current Evaluation Time: Repairs are currently evaluated within 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your product(s), excluding touchpads. This timeframe may vary depending on workflow and could be shorter or longer.

  • Touchpad Repairs: Touchpads that are over 10 years old (check the sticker on the back) cannot be repaired.

  • Payment & Additional Services: If additional services beyond the standard bench fee are required, we will contact you for authorization and payment before proceeding.

  • Shipping Costs & Options: Customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you need expedited shipping (Second Day or Overnight), please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate! Tracking information will be provided once your repair ships.

  • Repair Completion Time: Once payment is processed, please allow 5-7 days for repairs to be completed and shipped. We always strive to meet your requested timeframe, but completion depends on our existing queue, authorization, and payment.

  • Inspection & Warranty: Open and inspect your repaired product immediately! We stand by our work and provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs.

  • Returns Policy: Returns must be sent in their original packaging, free from marks or damage, and include all manuals, cables, and accessories.

  • Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to returned items.
