Partnership for a Better San Diego provides concessions staff for events held at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, CA through our Hiring Hall program. Hiring Hall connects workers with shift-based jobs, on a first come first serve basis. Here is how it works: 

  1. All staff must be able to access our scheduling app Windues, payroll app Paylocity and email/text messaging communication. 
  2. Staff receive a text message with a link to accept the shift  
  3. Staff are responsible for checking email and text messages for all information and reminders for the shift. 

This is a part time, seasonal position with weekly events (mostly on the weekends). Staff have flexibility to accept or decline shifts, but are responsible for being punctual, dependable, customer oriented and a team player. All positions require a Food Handler Certification and any positions that handle alcohol require an RBS certification; the cost of obtaining these certifications is not covered by Partnership for a Better San Diego.
