You’ll need new CNAME and TXT records to add to your DNS host and custom pixel or new tag code to implement on your site.

Some customers will have already received these from an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, so check your inbox to see if you or another user on your account already received these. If not, please fill out this form and our dedicated implementation team will send this to you from enhanced-tag-setup@attentivemobile.com within two business days.

Note: Many marketers don’t have access to update DNS records directly. You may need to ask your IT, web developer, or agency partner for assistance (they can typically complete the set up in a few minutes).
