Application for Exhibit Space
Booth assignments are based on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into consideration the date a request is received, IIAT membership status, the availability of the requested area, the amount of space requested, and any special needs and compatibility of exhibitors. IIAT reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and may relocate the exhibit. Nonmembers will receive an invoice and booth assignment after May 23rd, if space is available.
Cancellation & Refund
- No reservations will be accepted without payment. IIAT cannot accept partial payment.
- Cancellation made before May 23rd will receive a 50 percent refund. IIAT must receive written notice of your cancellation.
- No refunds after May 23rd.
Trade Show Registration
- All Trade Show attendees MUST be registered to attend INSURCON.
- No Trade Show Only passes are available.
- Non-member booth and the attendee registration listed on the application will be processed after May 23rd, if space is available.
