Once we review the form, we will be in contact with you to ask any clarifying questions and provide you with a proposal finalizing the details and fees.

Please provide the following information about the organization that will be hosting the workshop and/or speaking engagement. This is the group that is organizing the event and may or may not be the same as the venue in which the event will be taking place.

Definitions:

• Workshop: A Family Bridges facilitator will deliver one of our curriculums directly to your group.
• Training: A Family Bridges content trainer will train volunteers from your organization to facilitate workshops on their own.
• Speaking Engagement: A speaker from Family Bridges will deliver a presentation on the topic of your choice at an event you're hosting.
