By submitting your application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Solarabic DMCC, a company registered in JLT, Dubai, UAE (“Solarabic”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the awards process, including submitting personal and business-related information.

Important Notes:

• Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 6:00 PM Dubai Local Time on February 10, 2025.
• Shortlist Announcement: The shortlisted nominees will be announced on February 15, 2025. We will contact them via the email address provided in their application. Please ensure the email address is correct to avoid disqualification.
• Verification Process: Shortlisted nominees may be required to provide supporting documentation, such as agreements, waybills, financial records, etc., to verify their application. All data provided will be used solely for application verification and will not be distributed or published in any media outlet. These documents will be treated confidentially and reviewed only by the Solarabic Awards team.
• Due Diligence: Solarabic reserves the right to conduct due diligence on all applications and may disqualify any application that does not provide the required information or contains misleading or inaccurate information.

The Award celebrates a policy/program/initiative that impacted the local community in Egypt in 2024.

In the first application process, you need to provide information about your Program in Egypt as follows:

• Add your company name
• Policy/program/initiative effective date
• Select the targeted community by:
  • Local Community
  • Regional Community
  • Others
• Upload a proof that the policy/program/initiative started in 2024

Community Contribution: Share with us how your work or role was directed to affect the community in a positive, sustainable way. You can explain in writing and/or share links for your presentation.

Extra Supporting document: Upload any additional supporting document you think is related to your application, such as (Company profile, project details, achievements, etc.). If you have links, add them to a document and upload it.
