If yes, we cannot de-activate until all Billing and AR are completed and the customer can de-activate access for the user on their end.
If the billing is not completed, and the clinic wants to access the previous scheduling for the provider, the user can add the deactivation date to the provider’s last name in the setup. This information will be shown on the schedule list and the clinic can continue to access the provider’s schedule when needed.
- Go to the System set up
- Select Provider
- Find the provider’s name and double click to edit as follow: add “NA 4/15/2025” to the last name and save
