2. At Evolve Family Law, maintaining consistent communication is essential to providing effective legal assistance. To ensure we can serve you effectively, we require that clients in the Legal Assistance Program respond to communications from our office in a timely manner. A loss of communication is defined as the failure of the client to reply to our office within 14 days of a communication being sent via email, text message, or phone call. If a loss of communication occurs, the client will be removed from the Legal Assistance Program, as we cannot properly represent or assist clients who are unresponsive. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to this communication requirement. I understand that failing to respond to communication from Evolve Family Law within 14 days may result in my removal from the Legal Assistance Program.
