SCHOOL ACTIVITIES POLICY
Students are encouraged to participate in school activities. However, it is important that students understand that recreational activities involve some degree of risk of injury, loss of personal items, or worse.
While the school is committed to doing its best to arrange enjoyable and safe activities the student must accept responsibility should an accident occur to the student while the student is participating in an activity.
Before participating in school activities, students are required to have adequate medical-health insurance and sign a waiver. Please see the Registration office if you need medical insurance.

In consideration of the Centre allowing me to participate in activities organized by the Centre, I hereby agree to waive any and all claims that I may have against Global Village English Centre Victoria Ltd. or Global Village English Centres Ltd., their directors, employees, agents, and representatives (hereinafter) collectively referred to as the “CENTRE” and to release the Centre for any and all liabilities for any loss, damage, injury or expense I may suffer as a result of my participation in activities provided by the Centre or my use of the Centre’s facilities, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the Centre or any breach of any duty of care owed under statute or under common law.
