First time cards are provided free of charge, however replacement cards incur a $59.65 (incl. GST) fee per user. If you request replacement access cards, $59.65 (incl. GST) per user payment will be invoiced to your account (subject to change without notice).

Similarly, first time suite keys are provided free of charge, however replacement keys incur a $5.00 (incl. GST) fee per key per user payment will be invoiced to your account (subject to change without notice).
