SHE WORKS is an accredited, equal opportunity internship program.

Conditions of internship hiring:

ALL employers must attend the “fostering an inclusive workforce” session/orientation.
There is no cost to participate in SHE WORKS, other than paying your intern. The employment relationship, including payment, will be handled directly between the employer and intern.
All internships must be paid at least minimum wage. Please refer to our statement on paid internships here.

Please note: The SHE WORKS program receives applications from international students or those who are US permanent residents with authorization to work in the United States.
