Diplomas are printed in the summer once the graduating student has met all graduation requirements. All diplomas are mailed to the latest mailing address on file for the graduating senior in the summer. All Epic assets must be returned prior to diplomas being mailed. 
 NOTE: All Class of 2024 Diplomas Have Been Mailed. 
 

Asset Return Information:

Assets may include laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, calculators, Mifi personal wireless internet, and other electronics and other non-consumable materials received via the learning fund.

You may request a transcript by submitting a Records Request instead of a diploma until assets are received if you need proof of graduation.
 

Complete this form if:

  • You do not have assets in your possession and have an actual graduation date before October 2024, and have yet to receive your diploma.
  • Your mailing address has changed.
  • You have lost or misplaced your diploma and need a replacement.
  • There is a typo on your diploma.
  • You have had a legal name change and would like an updated diploma reflecting this. Please note that name changes require supporting legal documentation as this is an official legal document.

Expectations for Delivery:

  • Please make sure that you have returned Epic-issued assets before submitting a request.
  • Upon receipt of the Diploma Reprint Form, a copy of the diploma will be mailed to the address listed on the form within 7-10 business days. Diplomas are typically mailed out once a week.
  • Please note that we do not have control of delivery once it has left the Epic offices. We have encountered deliveries of up to 3 weeks from the point of leaving Epic until their arrival at the intended destination.
  • If you have yet to receive your diploma within one month of submitting the form below, please submit it again. Diplomas will only be mailed to the same address once per month.
  • If we have tried to send a diploma to the same mailing address twice within six months and it still has yet to arrive, we may ask for an alternative address, as there would appear to be a problem with delivery outside of our control.

NOTE: Diplomas are mailed in a stiff 9.5”x11” envelope to protect the official document enclosed within. If you have a small mailbox, you may look at using a secondary address that might better accommodate a package of this size.

*Parents and legal guardians may request for information regarding their children (17 yrs of age and younger) at any time. Students who are 18 yrs of age and older must make requests for their school records.
