Getting Leadership Buy-In

Throughout 2022 the Sustainable Endowments Institute will be facilitating monthly peer-to-peer discussions for sustainability and facilities professionals to share common obstacles and learn from one another. The topics will be the ones most requested by community members.

To date, one of the most requested topics has been Getting Leadership Buy-In! This can cover a wide range of situations including: securing increased resources for project investments, developing bold climate action plan goals, and increasing staff capacity.

To foster engaged participation we'll be limiting the number of attendees. Participation is free and open to all universities, municipal/county/state governments, healthcare institutions and K-12 schools.
