Any outstanding balance beyond 90 days will be referred to collections and reported to a credit bureau (Credifax). The account will then be transitioned to a permanent pre-paid or credit card only payment status.By agreeing below, the applicant authorizes and releases all banks, individuals, and entities listed on this application to provide necessary information and authorize credit checks. The applicant agrees to cover all collection costs, court fees, and legal expenses incurred in the pursuit of delinquent balances.I/we hereby affirm that the information herin given for the purpose of obtaining a credit increase is true and correct. Should this increase be granted, I/we hereby agree to pay according to Terms Net 30 days and to pay interest on any outstanding balance not paid at the rate of 24% per annum until paid. I hereby authorize the Hercules Group of Companies to obtain such credit reports or other information as may be deemed necessary in connection with the establishment of this new credit limit or for any other direct business requirement.
