Curriculum Highlights: 

  • Module 1: Understanding the US Market and Culture and the US Buyer Persona
    • This initial module will explore the cultural and business nuances of the US market, Silicon Valley and the Startup ecosystem providing participants with a comprehensive overview of Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem. Startups will conduct research to define their ideal buyer persona. 
  • Module 2: Crafting Your Value Proposition and Learning from Peers
    • In this module, startups will focus on articulating a compelling value proposition tailored to their identified buyer persona. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with US-based founders from Europe who have successfully scaled their businesses.
  • Module 3: Developing Effective Sales and Investor Decks
    • This module will guide participants through the creation of impactful sales and investor decks that resonate with US audiences. By the end of week three, each startup will have a refined sales deck and pitch deck ready for use.  
  • Module 4: Outreach and Channel Strategy with AI and Automation Tools
    • The participants will continue to refine their sales and pitch decks during the holiday break. Week 4 will emphasize outreach strategies and channel selection, including best practices for utilizing AI sales automation tools and establishing an investor pipeline. 
  • Module 5: Mock Sales Meetings
    • This module will provide participants with the opportunity to engage in mock sales meetings with US sales experts, simulating real-life interactions. Founders will practice objection handling and closing techniques to prepare for actual sales conversations. 
  • Module 6: The US Investor Pitch
    • In the final week, participants will focus on crafting and delivering compelling pitches to US investors. The top companies from the cohort will receive invitations to a dinner with investors and industry players in San Francisco.
