Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Organization Application

TPC Group (the Company) is committed to building partnerships that are aligned with the commitment we have made to be a good corporate citizen and to participate in and support organizations and causes that benefit the communities where our employees live and work. A key element of the Company’s Corporate Contributions Program is the TPC Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Since 2006, the Company has contributed more than $2 million to nearly 50 charitable organizations from the Tournament’s proceeds.

Eligible organizations are those who:

  • Dedicate their mission to impact a key focus area aligned with the Company’s outreach strategy such as:
    • Civic/Community
    • Education
    • Environment
    • Health/Human Services
  • Operate primarily within the geographic region of a TPC Group operating facility
  • Qualify under Sections 501(c) 3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code
  • Are not political or religious in nature

SELECTION PROCESS

The TPC Group Annual Charity Golf Tournament will utilize an internal Charity Selection Committee to determine the organizations that will each receive a portion of the proceeds. The amount allotted to each selected organization will depend on the number of dollars raised from the Golf Tournament. The selection of a recipient does not create any legally binding obligations on the Company. We reserve the right to withhold payment to a selected organization if deemed appropriate. Organizations selected to be a recipient of the Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be notified on a date to be determined.

Deadline to submit the application is Saturday, March 1, 2025.
