  2. Use Approved Materials: Use only the promotional materials, banners, and links provided by us. This ensures brand consistency and accurate tracking of your affiliate performance.
  3. Disclose Your Affiliation: Be transparent with your audience about your affiliate relationship with us. 
  4. Stay Updated: Regularly check our affiliate program guidelines and communications. We may update our terms, promotional materials, or commission structures, and being informed is crucial.
  5. Engage with Your Audience: Engage and interact with your followers or subscribers. Building trust with them can lead to higher conversion rates.
  6. Ask Questions: If you're unsure about any aspect of the program or need clarification on our terms, contact our affiliate support team at affiliates@synthesia.io.

Don'ts ❌

  1. No PPC Campaigns: Do not create Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads using our brand name, product names, or any variations. This includes but is not limited to platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Facebook Ads.
  2. Avoid Misleading Promotions: Do not make false or exaggerated claims about our products or services. Misrepresentation can harm our brand's reputation and your credibility.
  3. Don't Use Unauthorized Materials: Refrain from using any images, logos, or content we haven't provided or approved.
  4. Don't Mask or Hide Affiliate Links: Using link cloaking or hiding techniques can be misleading to users and might breach specific platform rules.
  5. No Spamming: Do not spam your affiliate links on forums, comment sections, or any platform where such behaviour is frowned upon.

If you violate any of our rules, you will not receive payment from Synthesia.
