Please note: As with most downtown locations, our parking is limited. The Catapult parking lot next to the building is a closed lot that requires a parking pass. We have parking capacity for conference room rentals, but cannot accommodate parking needs for our signature rooms (Assembly Room, Program Room, and Classroom).

LIVING WALL ROOM: $50/hr; conference room seating for 12

IRMA ROOM: $50/hr; conference room seating for 10

CASH FEED ROOM: $30/hr; conference room seating for 6

1929 / 2020 ROOM: $30/hr; conference seating for 5

CITRUS / LIME ROOM: $30/hr; round table seating for 4

FLORIDA ROOM: $30/hr; soft seating for 5

MEDIA ROOM: $75/hr.; backdrops and studio lighting
