Note the minimum order value for a pre-paid account is $1,000 while the minimum order for accounts with 30-day trading terms is $1,800.

Disregard the request for trade references if you are applying for a pre-paid account.

Agreement:

1. All invoices are to be paid on or before 30 days from invoice date.

2. In the event that the applicant defaults and causes the account to be referred for recovery/legal action, all reasonable fees and legal costs will be payable and will be added to the unpaid balance of the account.

3. By submitting this application, the above-named applicant authorises Karmer Pty Ltd (t/a Bondi Chai) to make trade reference inquiries with the reference companies listed in this application.
