Seller's Anti-Money Laundering Check

We are required by HMRC under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 to prove the identity of parties involved in the sale or purchase of the property. These checks must be completed for sellers before property marketing commences.

You are required to upload your ID which can be either: A current full passport: A Resident permit issued by Home Office: Current UK Driving Licence.

Gazeal will supply a copy of the legal title for the property as part of this process.
