Assistant Hours

  • Please fill out this form if there are any changes to your default plan hours.
  • Changes to your weekly hours are accepted within 7 days from the end of the billing week.
  • The billing week starts on Sunday 12AM and ends on Saturday 11:59PM Pacific Time (see Magic's Billing Schedule).
  • Submit one form per client.

Please list down the total work hours you worked per day while following Magic's cutoff schedule.
NOTES:
  • There is no need to segregate any rendered extra hours, undertime, or time off for a specific day. Instead, just indicate the total hours you worked per day (in Pacific Time) during the whole cutoff period affected.

    6/16 - 0 hours (on leave)
    6/19 - 8 hours
    6/20 - 8 hours (+4 extra hours)
    6/21 - 8 hours
    6/22 - 8 hours (-4 hours)
✅ Correct Format ✅
  • Cutoff Period from 6/16 PST to 6/22 PST
    6/16 Pacific Time - 0 hours
    6/19 Pacific Time - 8 hours
    6/20 Pacific Time - 12 hours
    6/21 Pacific Time - 8 hours
    6/22 Pacific Time - 4 hours
For Extra Hours request, do you have documentation of your client's explicit approval?*
