This process includes the ability to escalate your complaint to a financial dispute resolution scheme, an independent organisation that resolves disputes between consumers and providers. Upon becoming an FSC member, organisations agree to ensure that their employees and agents are aware of and comply with the FSC Code of Conduct. Any alleged material breach of the FSC Code of Conduct must be considered and dealt with by the FSC Disciplinary Committee in accordance with the Disciplinary Procedures. The FSC Disciplinary Committee is an independent disciplinary process and the FSC is not a regulator or part of the New Zealand Court system.If you are a FSC member and would like to report a potential breach of the FSC Code of Conduct by an FSC member, please answer the following questions to provide sufficient information for an initial assessment of materiality against the FSC Code of Conduct. We will assess your notice and respond to you as soon as possible.
