In an effort to not disrupt stores as COVID cases rise, the fall assessment will not be required to achieve Five Star status, and IGA will not conduct the assessment in stores automatically. However, stores that want a fall score to help them benchmark their performance can opt-in for a free, optional assessment.
If you want your store(s) to be assessed this fall, please complete the form below by Tuesday, October 13th.
If you opt in, your unannounced fall assessment will take place sometime between mid-October and mid-December, excluding the week of Thanksgiving.
Regarding Five Star, your 2020 Star score will be based on the last three assessments, subject to change based on conditions and guidance from the National Retailer Advisory Board (NRAB).
