Gold Licence Application Form - Invoice/EFT

Gold Licence Applications are submitted to the Caterers Accreditation Council of Restaurant & Catering Australia.

If you are applying for a Gold Licence renewal for your business, please fill in the details of your additional business below. If you would like to renew for an additional premise, you will need to fill out the form again for EACH additional premise.

Please note that the accreditation process may take up to four (4) weeks.

Please ensure all supporting documentation is included with your application (see section 2 for the checklist). The application will be reviewed by the Caterers Accreditation Council only when ALL supporting documentation is supplied.

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an invoice via email for EFT payment. Payment must be received before your application can be considered.
