What is included in conference package 6-8 of May

Hotel room 6-8 of May in a single room or shared apartment (if you need an extra night on 5 - 6 of May, please indicate this in the registration form).

Pricing conference package

Single room - EUR 725
Shared apartment or shared double room: EUR 550 per participant
In the apartment, you have your own bedroom and share a toilet. Please enter on the form who you are sharing an apartment with.
Without accommodation incl. conference dinner - EUR 365

ARRIVAL 5th of May - the day before the conference starts
If you arrive the day before the conference starts, the price includes a buffet dinner including drinks served between 18.00-20.00.

Single room - EUR 180
Shared apartment or shared double room: EUR 130 per participant.
