If you are an instructor on an upcoming or past course and need to submit a claim for reimbursement, you are eligible to join the APLS Expensify account. Please complete the below form and review the APLS Travel Policy.

By submitting this form you agree that:

 - Any claims submitted using the Expensify account will be purchases made during a course on which I was a faculty member

 - Any claims made using Expensify will comply with the APLS Travel Policy

 - Expenses claims should be made within 7 days of your APLS course date - we'll send you a reminder 

Once we have processed your request, you will be added to the account and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access Expensify.
