Our mission is to connect young people in Maine to the many businesses and organizations, such as yours, in an effort to grow our talent. 

Below is the Employer Onboarding Form for businesses and organizations to sign up to host young people and students for a paid work experience of up to 75 hours. Please fill out the form to the best of your ability.

This form, along with Manpower's Employer Packet, must be completed to participate.

Work Experience Information

Below please give us a little more information about what type of work experience you will be providing. The more detail we can share with our program partners serving young people the better we are able to get you aligned with a program partner that would be a good fit.

Does your workplace require any of the following:*
Indicate any requirements there are for the job and provide specific details.
Accurately describe workplace duties and responsibilities. Consider this helpful resource when writing your job description.

Consider the following:
- Describe any training requirements and duration.
- Include details on any physical requirements, such as lifting/standing/ sitting/etc.
- Describe the job location and any related conditions, such as, outdoors in the sun, indoors, noisy/hot kitchen, office space, etc.
- Ensure that the job is aligned with all Maine state and federal laws, especially when employing a minor.
