If the product is not under warranty or the cause of the problem is misuse of the product there will be a charge for our visit & fixing.

Visit charges are as follows: Dubai 185 AED, Sharjah & Ajman 265 AED, other emirates 680 AED.
Fixing charges if not included in the warranty will be priced after our QC assessment.
