Liability Waiver

I authorize Onesimus LLC technician(s) to perform work on my computer(s) and/or device(s). I understand that Onesimus LLC technicians have been trained to perform technology hardware and software work, but Onesimus LLC is not an authorized service dealer. Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Onesimus LLC from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or damages that may arise from any work performed on my computer(s) and/or device(s). I understand that Onesimus LLC is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my computer(s) and/or device(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I certify that I am the expressed owner of the computer system(s) and/or device(s) provided to Onesimus LLC. In the event that I am found not to be the valid expressed owner of the computer system(s) and/or device(s), I assume all liability for any claim made as the result of the support rendered by Onesimus LLC on the computer system(s) and/or device(s), including those claims which assert negligence on the part of Onesimus LLC. *

I understand that support rendered by Onesimus LLC may void manufacturer warranties for the computer system(s) and/or device(s). Onesimus LLC does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer's warranties are voided. *

I understand that Onesimus LLC offers no verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the success of the support provided. *

I expressly waive all claims against Onesimus LLC or any damages to the computer system(s) and/or device(s) or data that are incidental to the support rendered by Onesimus LLC. *
