  • Make your best effort to maintain a quiet work environment for those around you.  Efforts include:
    • Conduct loud and/or lengthy discussions with other members in a conference room or a more secluded area in the space.
    • Wear headphones or use a Phone Booth when on phone calls or web-based meetings.
    • Do not use speakerphone or conduct web-based meetings without headphones.
    • Check in with your surroundings during calls and make sure you're not getting any dirty looks for being too loud.
  • Do not engage in illegal activities on the premises.
  • Clean up after yourself.  Yes, we have regular cleaning in place but taking a role in keeping things picked up keeps the space enjoyable and helps keep costs down.  So Please:
    • Put your dishes in the dishwasher
    • Clean up spills promptly
    • Notify management of spills that need more attention (it's ok, it happens!)
    • Label food in the fridge with your name and date and remove it in a timely manner
    • Keep trash/crumbs to a minimum, or just be sure to pick them up
    • If the trash is full please notify management
  • If you're the first to arrive in the morning, or you get the last cup of coffee before 1pm, please brew a fresh pot.
  • Leave people’s dedicated desks alone - any items left on a dedicated desk are the property of that member and are not for community use.
  • If you have a guest, they are not permitted to sit at ANY dedicated desk. Regardless of if it's occupied or not.
  • Avoid sleeping on the premises.
  • Don’t abuse printing privileges.  This is a free service as long as it's not abused, we hope to keep it this way.
