Contest Agreement

By signing this form, you agree to the following terms:

Our school will participate in the Sistema Recycled Playground Contest by collecting and sending food containers and reusable plastic bottles to TerraCycle for recycling.
We understand that points will be awarded based on the weight of the shipments sent in during the contest period.
We have read and agree to abide by the official Terms and Conditions of the contest.
We understand that the winner of the playground will be the school with the highest total weight of shipments during the contest period.
We also understand that the 2 schools that send the highest total weight of shipments during the contest period will each win 300 Sistema food containers and 300 reusable bottles.
