Program Participation

Program Schedule:
October 21st, 2024 - November 1st, 2024
Monday - Friday
9am - 4pm
Onsite, in-person training at District Wine Village Oliver, BC and Okanagan College BC Beverage Technology Access Centre (BC BTAC) Penticton, BC, and onsite field visits to participating South Okanagan industry businesses.
Plus, online or in-person industry specific certification such as: Foodsafe, Serving It Right, First Aid, WSET or similar (outside of regular class schedule).
