OutSource Transactional Funding is used by real estate investors who seek capital to fund their purchases. Often, wholesalers do not have the upfront funds needed to buy a property from their seller, to sell that same property to their end buyer for a profit by doing a "double-close". OutSource Transactional Funding is the outlet to help those wholesalers locate the funds they need to make these deals happen. With your participation, you can lend the funds that are being requested by these wholesalers and earn a profit on the interest charged to use these funds, at their closing date. Funding is only sent and received by domestic wire directly to the verified escrow/title company, and closing processes are usually completed same day. Funding for the transaction is never transferred to any personal or business accounts to ensure valid and completed transactions.
