Cambia Capital is looking to invest alongside seasoned developers into their sustainably certified residential projects. Projects can be multi-unit SFR or multifamily. Upon completion and approval of an underwriting process, the team is looking to invest between $1-$10M in either equity or debt in fully entitled projects. As a team of co-founders and former executives of Green Canopy NODE, a vertically integrated sustainable real estate firm, we are especially exciting about building relationships with more sustainable developers.

This intake provides an initial understanding of you, your project, project needs, and timing. In an effort to be considerate of your time and ours, the Cambia Capital team will follow-up with potential next steps.
