This warranty form applies to all Arc'teryx purchases made directly through the Arc'teryx.co.nz website or purchases from overseas and you are now residing in New Zealand. If you have purchased your Arc'teryx product through a New Zealand retailer you will need to return it to the store or a sister store**.** When returning your faulty product to store please ensure you provide a proof of purchase and the product has been cleaned and is dry. Please use this form BEFORE returning any items. This will provide you with an RA number that MUST be included when you send anything back to us.
