Terms & Conditions:

- One winner will be randomly selected.
- The selected winner can choose a pre-developed IndEx-2 cell line.
- Only one pre-developed IndEx-2 cell line per is available per winning company/institution.
- The winner will arrange shipment of the single cell line cryovial to their facility at their own cost.
- CROs, CDMOs, CTOs and other commercial contract testing, research and manufacturing facilities are not eligible.
- Provision of the cell line will be subject to a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) which will be agreed between the winner and RoukenBio.
- RoukenBio reserves the right to end the competition at any time.

MTA terms will include, but are not limited to:
1. Pre-developed IndEx-2 cell line can be used for in vitro research and development or non-clinical use only.
2. Pre-developed IndEx-2 cell line cannot be transferred to another user or organisation.
3. The winner will be provided with the pre-developed IndEx-2 cell line for a license-free evaluation period of 6 months.
4. Six months from date of shipment from RoukenBio's facility, the winner should confirm whether they would like to retain the cell line (for continued in-house use), at which time a yearly license fee will become payable, or provide a signed 'confirmation of destruction' certificate.
