The preferred porting date is regarded as the firm date in which numbers will be ported from the current supplier to Tinkle. Although we can accommodate alterations beyond the point of submission, it is not recommended and cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, preferred porting dates should be agreed with the end customer prior to submitting this form.
