Do you have architectural or design drawings for your project that you would be able to share with us?
This information will allow our team to provide you with a preliminary custom panel and shipping cost estimate. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your design and get back to you.
To help us address your needs and ensure everyone involved in your project is supported, we’d like to understand who is on your team and who may need to be part of the conversation as we move forward.
Please read our Overview of SIPs document for more detail on how to estimate your project.
Example:
A wall measuring 10 feet high and 40 feet long has a total surface area of 400 square feet.
Cost ranges from $9,600 to $12,900, based on a rate of $32-$43 per square foot.
Even with window and door cutouts, this would still be costed at 400 square feet. While material savings occur in the cutout areas, the increased complexity required to integrate the windows in the panels generally offsets this, resulting in no significant change in the overall cost per square foot for the preliminary estimating process.
By involving our team early in your design process, we can help optimize your design to minimize costs while achieving your vision.
What is your total budget for this project, including building construction and site work costs?
To help us better understand your project’s needs, we’d love to learn more about the land where your project will take place.
