Product Return and Repair Form

Customer Satisfaction is important to APG. Please complete and submit the form below. Print out the confirmation e-mail you will receive with your RMA number and include it with the sensor(s) being returned for service.

This information will help us understand your requirements and facilitate a timely and accurate servicing of your sensor(s).

APG Return Policy Pricing:

For non-warranty units, there is a $100.00 evaluation fee per unit that may be used toward repair costs. Units under the warranty period returned for evaluation but found to be without fault will also be subject to a $100.00 evaluation fee.

If you are returning your product for NIST calibration, please note the following charges.
Standard NIST calibration- $125*
First-Time 0.1% NIST calibration- $150*

All NIST calibrations include new batteries as part of the service


If we do not receive your product within 90 days of providing you with an RMA number, you will need to complete a new form and will be issued a new RMA number. We will provide an RMA number via email once we have fully processed your form.


Clean, shiny, acceptably clean hammer unions with the text "Acceptable" underneath them. Hammer unions caked in debris and mud on the other side, with text that reads "Unacceptable".

Products must be cleaned before shipment. Products received uncleaned will be subject to a $10 fee, accompanied by a $20 fee for every hour required to clean the products. APG reserves the right to return the product at the sender’s expense.

Products should be cleaned before shipment according to the instructions in the video found here.

If a product requires restocking into our inventory, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the product's price.

Product Issue Information

If a serial number is not included, we will not be able to determine whether your product is under warranty.


If you are submitting more than 10 items, feel free to place your product information in a spreadsheet and upload it below. If you do this, please paste in this section, "Product return information can be found on the uploaded spreadsheet." Ensure all requested information is included.


Follow this format: part number, model, serial number, issue description

For example: 
549022-1001, HU 1502I, Z2666, This submersible pressure transducer arrived damaged. Diaphram appears ruptured.
549022-1001, HU 1502I, Z2687, I was sent the wrong sensor.
938467-2003, PT-500, N3579, Product is showing signs of serious corrosion.

Upload files (Images, Reports, Video, etc.) that may be helpful in repairing your product(s).
Upload a spreadsheet of returned products if you have more than 10 products you need to have returned.

Contamination Declaration

To protect the health and safety of APG employees the following must be filled out. All products must be properly cleaned and sanitized before shipment to APG. Any returns received without this completed may not be processed.  APG reserves the right to return the product at the sender’s expense.
