Email Subscription Management

Use the Subscription Update Form below to update your Generis email subscription preferences or to re-subscribe to Generis email messages.

 

Special instructions for re-subscribing:

To protect your privacy, our email system is configured so that we can't re-subscribe you to our email lists if you have unsubscribed yourself. For that reason, there are a few extra steps you need to take when filling out this form. Please review these instructions and contact us if you get stuck.

  1. Enter your email address below
  2. When you enter your email address, if your email address is unsubscribed, a link will appear below the email field. Click the "Looks like you've opted out..." link. (If no link appears in this step, then you're probably new to us! It's a pleasure to meet you! Just finish filling out the form below to sign up for free resources and info from our team!)
  3. Check your email for a re-subscribe email. It may be in your junk mail folder or, if you use Gmail, in your "Promotions" folder.
  4. Click the Update preferences button in the email. A new web page will open.
  5. Complete the subscription preferences page and click the Update your preferences button at the bottom. Note that if you complete steps 4 and 5 you do not need to finish filling out the form below.
