What problem or challenge you would like to work on during the Innovation Project Leaders course?

Short title for easy reference.
One-sentence description of the challenge behind the problem statement that students will work during the class. Be clear describing what the need is without prescribing a solution.
This may include: 1) basic facts or context required to understand the problem; 2) an anecdote of when this problem occurred; 3) an attempt to solve this problem that failed; 4) a relevant current event; and/or 5) whatever other information you deem to be relevant.
People who experience the pain of this problem on a regular basis (e.g., flight technicians, pilots, etc.). List at least three specific end-user roles.
Concise, “to the point” description of the larger impact of solving this problem (e.g., quantifying metrics such as $, FTE, lives saved, etc.).
Any material that may help the team gain context and start the conversation with the sponsor (e.g., news articles, press releases, white papers, relevant policies, photos, etc.)
