Investor Pledge & Code of Conduct

• Investor pledges to seriously evaluate investment Companies that are presenting during the Program
• Investor acknowledges the time and effort invested in the Program by Companies and pledges to attend the Program fully
• Investor acknowledges that it is capable of investing in companies (i.e. has enough capital in the current fund cycle for investment)
• Investor acknowledges the severity of the crisis gripping the world and facing the nation and will make best efforts to provide quick decisions and feedback to the companies it engages, so as to not unduly slow down the pace of commercialization of these critical technologies

Attendance

• Investors will attend the meetings they set up.

Contact with participating companies

• Fund agrees to only use the Jujama scheduling system provided to set up initial meetings with Companies
• Fund agrees to refrain from contacting RADx or other NIH staff or NIH contractors with questions regarding participating companies, especially regarding the evaluation process, participation in the process, or the management of portfolio companies
