Nexus Cohort IV Application

Thank you for your interest in the Nexus Fellowship, The Equity Lab's national cohort designed for senior social change leaders looking to create transformative change in their personal leadership and their organization's commitment to equity. If space becomes available, waitlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the virtual interview process in the order that applications are submitted.

Cost Commitment

The Nexus Fellowship is offered through a tiered pricing structure aligned with best practices among equity-focused organizations. We ask that organizations commit to the per-person cost tier that aligns best with their organizational budget and sector.

Nexus Fellows are asked to designate an individual in their organization with the authority to remove - or advocate for the removal of - obstacles hindering the realization of equity-focused transformations explored during the Nexus program. This individual should hold a position of higher organizational authority relative to the Fellow, such as a manager, CEO/Executive Director/President, or a board member.
