Digital Solutions - Australian Small Business Advisory Services Program Enquiry Form

The Digital Solutions - Australian Small Business Advisory Services program provides low cost, high-quality, digital advisory services for small businesses in metro and regional Victoria. Small businesses must be for-profit and have under 20 EFT employees.

To complete this form you will need to provide contact details, the industry code of your small business and ABN (If you don’t know your ABN you can find it here https://abr.business.gov.au)  

All questions must be answered to submit this form.

Once you have submitted this form, a Business Consultant from Melbourne Innovation Centre will contact you for your first initial call. The initial phone consultation will be free of charge.

If you answer Yes unfortunately you will not be eligible to participate in this program.

If you answer 20 & over unfortunately you will not be eligible to participate in this program.
Do you usually speak a language other than English at home?*
Digital business support may include: “going digital”; websites and selling online; social media and digital marketing; using small business software; and online security and data privacy. General business support may include: business strategy; finance; human resources; resilience and wellbeing; and COVID stimulus packages for small business.

 Please answer the following questions to help us learn more about your business:

Do you use Email?*
Is email one of your platforms to communicate with customers and suppliers? Some email clients can include Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail etc.
Do you use Accounting Software?*
Is your financial and bookkeeping managed through an online Accounting Software? Some Accounting Software can include Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks etc.
Do you have a Business Website?*
A Business Website usually contains; information about the business; information about its products and service; information on how to contact the business; and content and updates about the business. A landing page about your brand/product/services can also be considered a Business Website.
Do you use Search Engine Optimisation for your business?*
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a process of improving your Business Website’s page ranking or visibility on popular search engines such as Google, Yahoo, etc. A business owner can either conduct SEO themselves or outsource these activities to an agency.
Do you have an E-commerce website?*
An E-commerce website usually contains the features of a Business Website with the addition of an “online store” to sell products or services. Products are usually prominently displayed on an E-commerce Website with information including the item’s: price; product description; returns policy; and shipping policy.
Do you have a dedicated Facebook page or other social media pages to promote your business?*
Are some of your business marketing and promotion published or advertised on social media platforms? Some social media platforms can include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, WeChat, Whatsapp etc. Promotional materials can include visual posts, product videos, competitions etc.
