Legal Disclosure:

Eligibility: Participation is open to attendees of the BDO Alliance Tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of H&CO Corpag LLC, a Delaware corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Entry Requirement: To qualify for entry, participants must provide the name of the H&CO Corpag LLC booth representative they interacted with and the state or jurisdiction where H&CO Corpag holds a trust license.

Entry Limitation: Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same individual will disqualify all entries from that participant.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the entry period and will be contacted via the email address provided. Winners must acknowledge receipt of the winning notification within 48 hours in order to claim their prize.

Prize: The prize includes two round-trip tickets to Amsterdam, with the total value not exceeding $5,000. Winners are responsible for any additional expenses including but not limited to accommodations, personal expenditures, and all applicable taxes associated with the prize. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

Travel Requirements: Winners are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents (including passports and visas) and travel insurance. Travel must be completed by the end of 2025.

Taxes: Winners are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize. H&CO Corpag LLC recommends consulting with a tax advisor if you have any questions or concerns about the tax implications of winning.

Consent to Use of Data: Entrants agree to H&CO Corpag LLC’s use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the contest and for future marketing purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless H&CO Corpag LLC and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.

Acceptance of these terms is required for entry. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the giveaway. H&CO Corpag LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of this giveaway at any time without notice.
