Get ready to embrace the changing seasons with the Stronger U community! Let's take a "Step Into Spring" together with our latest fun run! Not only will we be using this run to celebrate the changes we made (or maintained!) during the Stronger U Transformation Challenge, but this is also the first run of an upcoming series that will last through the Summer. We will be using this run to set a beginning time benchmark with the goal of improving our times over the next few months.
Signing up is a breeze! Just indicate your chosen distance- whether it's the classic 5k or the more challenging 10k- or set your own goal in the 'other' category. Remember to mark your calendars between March 20th and 26th for your race; you can complete your race anytime during that week. You may run, walk, bike, or complete your race in any manner that suits your goals and lifestyle best- the goal is simply to increase our movement and get faster each run.
Once you've registered, expect an email packed with helpful tips to gear up. And don't forget to show your excitement in the Stronger U Community using #StepIntoSpring! Let's make this fun run one to remember as we strive to beat our personal bests throughout the next few months.
