I, ______________________________, agree to volunteer for The Allocated At Delia’s House (TADH). As a volunteer, I understand that I have control over the dates and times I choose to work, and that TADH is not responsible for scheduling my volunteer activities. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for my time spent volunteering, nor will I be entitled to any benefits.

I am aware that volunteering may involve physical activities, such as standing, lifting, and carrying items. I understand the importance of exercising reasonable care to avoid injury and willingly participate with full knowledge of the potential hazards involved. I accept any and all risks of personal injury or property damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

As consideration for volunteering at TADH, I hereby agree that I, along with my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives, will not make any claims against or sue The Allocated At Delia’s House (TADH) or its employees, agents, or contractors for any injury or damage resulting from negligence or other acts, however caused. I release and discharge TADH and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from all actions, claims, or demands that I, my heirs, guardians, and legal representatives currently have or may have in the future due to my involvement in this project.

I also understand that all materials and tools provided by TADH remain the property of The Allocated At Delia’s House, and I agree to return these items at the conclusion of my volunteer service.

Additionally, I consent to TADH taking and posting pictures of me on social media or any other platforms as needed to promote our work and events.
